Aceclofenac
• Directly inhibits PGE-2 secretion at site of inflammation

Paracetamol
• Produce analgesia by elevation of pain threshold
• Well absorbed orally, peripherally acting analgesic
Serratiopeptidase
• Helps in lysis of barriers to faster healing – Oedema, Hematoma & Pus
• Enhances penetration of antimicrobial agents at the site of action
